Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
